It is imperative that late arrivals (after 8:00 p.m.) call and notify us in
advance so we can arrange for your arrival and provide you with key access.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation Policy: If within
14 days, 50% of the nightly rate is retained unless we
are able to rebook the room (less $10.00 handling fee).
Day of cancellations: 100% of room rate is retained.
For reservations made over 30 days in advance
of the arrival date a deposit equal to 50%
stay will be charged to the credit card you provide.
The final 50% (the balance of your total stay) is to
be paid upon arrival. There is no penalty for any changes
or cancellations made more than 14 days before
check-in and the initial 50% deposit is fully refundable
in the case of cancellations made more than 14 days
in advance.
Availability Confirmation: We will confirm availability
for your reservation within approximately 24 hours.
Additional Information: You must be 18
years or older to reserve cabin. Small pets are allowed
in cabins – Please let us know at time of booking. Sorry,
no smoking allowed inside the rental cabin. |
